The Kharkiv branch of Gazmerezh reported that the amount of payment for 2025 will be determined based on the volumes of gas used by the consumer in the gas year from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
When calculating the payment amount for 2024, a different gas period was used: from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023.
Depending on the volume of gas used by the consumer from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, the monthly cost of gas distribution in payments may be updated. At the same time, the gas distribution tariff for gas consumers in the Kharkiv region remained unchanged, and families that did not use gas in the previous gas year will be charged a minimum payment for the delivery of the energy carrier.
How is the payment for gas distribution calculated for 2025:
The volume of gas used in the period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 is divided by 12 months and multiplied by the tariff of the Kharkiv branch of Gazmerezh.
For example: a household used 1,000 cubic meters of gas in the last gas year. The monthly gas distribution fee for the household owner in 2025 will be: (1,000 cubic meters/12 months)*2.388 UAH per cubic meter = 199 UAH per month.
If a household connected to the gas distribution system did not use gas in the previous gas year, the monthly payment for the owner of such a household is:
- if there is a gas stove: (39 cubic meters per year/12 months)*2,388 UAH/cubic meter = 7,761 UAH per month;
- if there is a gas stove and water heater: (126 cubic meters per year/12 months)*2,388 UAH/cubic meter = 25,074 UAH per month;
- if there is a heating device: (314 cubic meters per year/12 months)*2,388 UAH/cubic meter = 62,486 UAH per month.
