The Municipal Housing Repair and Maintenance Enterprise of Chuguev city appeals to its esteemed consumers with a reminder of the need for timely and full payment for apartment building management services.
As of December 1, 2025, the debt of consumers to the KZHREP of the city of Chuguev is UAH 10,538,401.00.
In order to settle the debt, the company filed claims for a total amount of UAH 803,401.75, and concluded debt restructuring agreements for the amount of UAH 290,808.00.
More than 60 claims have been filed with the court for a total amount of UAH 400,741.66, and as a result of their consideration, court decisions have already been issued for the amount of UAH 146,844.03.
We remind you that in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, consumers are obliged to pay for housing and communal services on time. The presence of debt leads to the application of claims and lawsuits and additional financial costs for debtors.
The KZHREP of Chuguev calls on residents to be responsible in fulfilling contractual obligations and, if there is debt, to take measures to repay it or conclude a restructuring agreement.
In the event of further evasion of payment of the debt, the Chuguev Municipal Housing and Urban Development Authority will continue to take measures provided for by law to enforce debt collection, including by going to court and enforcing court decisions.
