On the eve of Artist's Day, October 9, an exhibition of children's and youth art "ART UNITES" begins its work in the Hero City of Kharkiv. The art event is organized jointly by the Chuguiv Children's Art School named after I.Yu. Repin and the Kharkiv Children's Art School No. 1 named after I.Yu. Repin. The project is being implemented under the patronage of Kharkiv City Mayor Igor Terekhov and the Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration Galina Minaeva.
The exhibition, located in the lobby of the Historical Museum metro station, features 40 works by talented young artists from Chuguiv and Kharkiv, students of primary professional art education, some of the best art institutions in the Kharkiv region and Ukraine.
As the Honored Artist of Ukraine, director of the Chuguiv Children's Art School named after I.Yu. Repin Volodymyr Nepomnyashchy said, the exhibition of 20 works by students of the "Chuguiv Repin School" included compositions, collages and landscapes of school graduates who continued their studies by entering professional higher educational institutions of art education in the city of Kharkiv, Ukraine and abroad, as well as works by future school graduates.
