On February 19, the Kharkiv Regional Council and the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration held the Second Forum of the Heads of the Invincible Kharkiv Region. Representatives of the Chuhuiv community participated in the event. Our delegation was headed by the head of the Chuhuiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva.
In the Chuhuiv community, four starostas take care of remote settlements and perform their duties diligently and conscientiously. However, there are legislative imperfections that make it difficult for the starostas to fulfill their functions and the functions of the head of the entire community.
Head of the Chuhuiv MVA Halyna Minaeva said that forum participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers and provide suggestions for changes that will help make life easier for community residents and make the work of local governments more effective.
Halyna Minaeva expressed her gratitude to the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, and the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, for creating an effective platform for constructive dialogue with representatives of local government, because only in close cooperation is it possible to overcome today's challenges and ensure the sustainable development of communities in the Kharkiv region.
