Galina Minaeva, head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, spoke about how the city is recovering from another enemy attack on her Telegram channel:
– Since this morning, we have been continuing to eliminate the consequences of the morning attack in one of the largest neighborhoods of the city.
According to preliminary data, the explosions damaged more than 300 apartments in 9 multi-story residential buildings. The buildings of a lyceum, a family doctor's clinic, and a post office were also damaged by debris.
All our municipal services are working on the site. KZHREP employees brought materials and, together with employees of the water utility and the municipal complex, are sealing up broken windows, restoring order in the territory, collecting and removing broken glass, debris, and oversized garbage. Thank you to all our municipal workers for always promptly coming to the rescue!
Our friends and partners also provide humanitarian support to residents of houses affected by shelling. The Proliska Foundation delivered materials for emergency repairs, as well as blankets. The Red Cross and UNICEF brought food and hygiene kits for adults and children. The Peaceful Sky Foundation is providing construction materials and labor. Representatives of the Right to Protection Foundation are providing legal and psychological assistance to residents. I am sincerely grateful to all our friends for always being there in difficult times!
I want to assure residents whose homes were damaged that they will be provided with all necessary assistance in registering damaged property - a specialized commission of the city council promptly went to the scene and is recording the damage.
