The Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred was celebrated with deep respect and gratitude in the Chuhuiv community today. The leaders of the city and district military administrations, law enforcement agencies, representatives of military units and the public gathered on the Alley of Memory of the Fallen Soldiers to pay tribute to those who laid down their lives for the freedom and dignity of Ukraine.
Those present bowed their heads in a moment of silence, after which fresh flowers were laid at the memorial as a symbol of eternal memory and gratitude for the sacrificial feat.
Fathers David and Danylo from the Holy Protection Basilian Monastery performed a requiem prayer for the fallen defenders of Ukraine.
The feat of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, of all the defenders of Ukraine, is not just a page of history. It is a living memory that unites generations, gives strength to persevere, and reminds us of the high price of freedom. Their sacrifice will forever remain in the hearts of Ukrainians, in the memory of the inhabitants of our community.
