On July 27, 2026, on the occasion of Medical Workers' Day, a festive event for representatives of the medical field was held in the Chuguiv community. During the celebrations, employees of the community's healthcare institutions were awarded with Certificates of Honor and Certificates of Gratitude for their high professionalism, conscientious work, humanity, and dedication to their work.
The festive mood was brought to the event participants by creative groups and artists from the community, who prepared a concert program as a sign of sincere gratitude to the people who stand guard over life and health every day.
On behalf of the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva, her deputy Igor Shepelev congratulated the medical community of the community on their professional holiday, thanked them for their resilience, compassion, professionalism, and loyalty to their chosen cause, and wished them peace, prosperity, new professional achievements, and gratitude from the people.
The community's medical institutions today provide assistance to tens of thousands of people. Chuguiv doctors are consulted not only by the community's residents, but also by residents of many other communities in the Kharkiv region, which is evidence of the high level of trust in local medical professionals.
Despite the challenges of wartime, the development of the medical industry remains one of the priorities. In recent years, joint efforts have managed to modernize the medical infrastructure, update equipment, and improve the conditions for patients and medical workers. The basis of these changes was financing from the community budget. At the same time, their implementation was facilitated by the support of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, territorial communities that joined in co-financing individual projects, international partners, and all those who care about helping the Chuguiv community become stronger.
But the greatest value of our medicine is not modern equipment or renovated premises. The greatest value is people. Doctors, nurses, paramedics, junior medical staff - everyone who, every day with their work, knowledge, care and humanity, restores people's health, saves lives and gives hope.
