Preventive raids are continuing in the Chuguivsk urban territorial community, aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness, and timely identification of children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and are evading school. The measures are carried out on the basis of an order from the head of the Chuguivsk city military administration.
Another preventive raid took place on July 9, 2026. The participants of the event visited the families of guardians, as well as families in difficult life circumstances. During the visits, preventive conversations were held with parents and children, and consultations were provided on the proper fulfillment of parental duties and ensuring the rights and interests of children.
The raid did not reveal any violations of children's rights. Work in this area will continue in order to create safe conditions for the life, development, and upbringing of children in the community.
