In the Chuhuiv community, systematic work is underway to strengthen support for local businesses, because entrepreneurship is one of the main factors in economic stability, filling the budget, and preserving jobs in wartime.
This issue was the subject of a meeting held today in Chuhuiv with the participation of local entrepreneurs, the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliynyk, specialists from the Chuhuiv branch of the employment service, and representatives of the Chuhuiv City Council and the Chuhuiv City Military Administration.
The focus is on real mechanisms of state support for employers: compensation programs for employment, reimbursement of business expenses, organization of public and socially useful works, professional training and retraining of employees, creation of new jobs.
The conversation was frank, lively, and as objective as possible. Entrepreneurs not only learned about the opportunities offered by the state through the employment service, but also raised a number of pressing issues that businesses in the frontline community face every day.
Among the main topics are the need for more targeted support for entrepreneurs and their employees in front-line areas, the shortage of qualified personnel, the need for training in in-demand specialties, and the involvement of residents in work in the private sector.
The head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, emphasized that the development of entrepreneurship today is not just an economic task, but a matter of community sustainability.
«"More than ever before, the development and support of entrepreneurship is important for every Ukrainian community in wartime. The well-being of the community, people's employment, and our ability to move forward directly depend on how comfortable the conditions for business are for us to create. That is why we strive not only to hear from our entrepreneurs, but also, together with state partners, to seek specific solutions to support them," noted Halyna Minaeva.
She also emphasized that the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center is today a reliable ally for the community in matters of labor market development and employer incentives.
According to the meeting participants, despite the complexity of the challenges, Chuguiv business demonstrates a willingness to work, develop, and preserve jobs, and the level of interaction with local authorities and state structures in the community remains constructive.
Summing up the event, the parties agreed to further deepen cooperation, making the most of all government programs, resources, and tools that can help entrepreneurs survive, adapt, and develop even in wartime.
Supporting businesses today means supporting the entire community, its stability, and its future.
