On March 12, 2026, a meeting was held in the premises of the Center for Social Services of the Chuguiv City Council on interdepartmental cooperation between Chuguiv Regional Administrative District No. 3, a branch of the State Institution "Probation Center" in the Kharkiv region, the Children's Service of the Executive Committee of the Chuguiv City Council and the Center for Social Services of the Chuguiv City Council.
Those present worked out the Procedure for interaction between authorized bodies on probation and services for children, social protection bodies during probation of minors sentenced to punishments not related to deprivation of liberty, approved by order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine dated 11/20/2025 No. 3179/5/601.
During the meeting, the mechanisms of interdepartmental interaction, the algorithm for information exchange, the issue of social support and individual preventive work with juvenile convicts, taking into account their individual needs, living conditions and social environment, which may influence the formation of illegal behavior, were discussed.
Such practices help strengthen partnerships between services and increase the effectiveness of work to protect the rights and interests of children and prevent recidivism among adolescents.
