During the period of martial law, the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) of the Chuguiv City Council continues to provide social services of in-kind assistance to community residents who are in difficult life circumstances.
The Department of Targeted In-Kind and Cash Assistance provides the operation of a rental point for technical and other rehabilitation equipment, which are provided free of charge for temporary use.
Available aids include wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, and more (depending on availability).
The goal of the service is to improve the quality of life, restore the ability to self-care, and support social activity of individuals who need it.
The rental fund is constantly replenished thanks to cooperation with organizations, charitable foundations, institutions, and caring citizens.
In particular, on June 12, the rental point was replenished with 10 rollators with the support of the charitable organization “Charity Foundation “Kharkiv with You”.
