This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 36,847 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was received from residents of Izyum, Kharkiv and Chuguiv districts. 20,462 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, for a total amount of over 1.8 billion hryvnias. A payment of over 169 million hryvnias has been approved for 786 residents of the region. Over 159 million has been transferred to another 1,111 applicants for payment.
«"We are accelerating the work of specialized commissions, because as many residents of the Kharkiv region as possible should receive compensation before the start of the upcoming heating season. The established commissions are currently determining the extent of damage to real estate objects based on the data of commission survey reports and making decisions on the allocation of assistance," said Oleg Synegubov.
Also, 6,481 applications were received for compensation for destroyed property. In 34 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 2,641 certificates for compensation for completely destroyed property for a total amount of over 3.7 billion hryvnias.
700 compensation recipients from Kharkiv region used housing certificates, most of whom purchased housing in the city of Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions. It was in Kharkiv region that 489 real estate objects were purchased for a total amount of more than 819 million hryvnias.
