Starting from August 24, Ukrainian manufacturers can apply for participation in the National Cashback program through the Diya portal. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reported this.
According to the terms of the program, cashback will be provided on any consumer goods of Ukrainian production, with the exception of excisable goods. In particular, on medicines of Ukrainian production. Participation of manufacturers in the program is voluntary, therefore, cashback will not be provided on all goods, but on those that will be submitted by the manufacturer for participation in the program.
To become participants in the “National Cashback” program, manufacturers must:
1) Log in to the portal diia.gov.ua;
2) Go to the “Business” section, then “Entrepreneurship” and select the “List of manufacturers and goods of Ukrainian origin” service;
3) Authorize with an electronic signature;
4) Read the terms and conditions of the program;
5) Upload a file with a list of products and information about each item:
full name
short name
EAN is a unique barcode of a Ukrainian-made product, which is assigned to each product for identification;
brand name
6) Sign the application with an electronic signature;
For retail chains, registration in the program starts on Wednesday, August 28.
To become a participant in the “National Cashback” program, sellers must:
1. Submit an application for joining the List of Ukrainian Manufacturers through the Diya portal.
You need to go to the “Business” section, then “Entrepreneurship” and select Seller List.
2. Fill out the form and provide company information.
3. The following must be added to the application:
- list of combinations of the PPO fiscal number with a list of combinations of MerchantID+TerminalID
- list of addresses where the product is sold
- bank
- website
- brand
4. Check the application, sign it with an electronic signature
Consumer registration for the National Cashback program starts on September 2. The program provides for consumers to receive compensation in the amount of 10% of the cost of Ukrainian goods purchased by them.
To receive cashback, consumers need to give consent to the transfer of payment information in stores that have joined the program in the banks whose cards a person uses. Also, open a special account in one of the banks and receive a virtual or physical card in the application or physical branch. Then, in the Diya mobile application, select the "National Cashback" service, where you need to specify a special card to which cashback will be credited monthly.
The maximum amount of cashback is UAH 3,000 per month. Citizens can use cashback funds to pay for services, in particular, utilities and medical services, purchase military bonds, or make a donation to support the armed forces, etc.
The coordinator of the National Cashback program is the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Tax Service, the settlement bank Oschadbank and authorized banks of Ukraine and the Government Contact Center participate in the implementation of the project. The technological partner in the implementation of the program is the international payment system Mastercard. The operational partner of the project is the international payment technology company Visa.
