The Winter eSupport program, initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, provides one-time state assistance in the amount of UAH 1,000 to all citizens of Ukraine for support during the difficult winter period.
How to get help?
1. Through Action: Install or update the mobile application, activate the National Cashback card and apply for payment.
2. Through Ukrposhta: Pensioners and people with disabilities will receive payment along with their pension or social assistance.
3. Through partner banks: Contact the branches of PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Oschadbank and others.
When to apply?
– December 1 – start through Action.
– December 4 – start via Ukrposhta.
– December 10 – start through banks.
Until when can the aid be spent?
The funds can be spent until the end of 2025, and for those who receive payments through Ukrposhta - until March 2025. Expenditures are limited to certain categories: utilities, medicines, education, mobile communications, charity, and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The program is financed from the remaining unused funds of the state budget for non-military purposes.
This assistance will help Ukrainians survive the winter period, support small businesses and utilities, and strengthen our army.
