The municipal institution of the Kharkiv Regional Council «Veteran Space «SIDE BY SIDE»« together with the NGO «Resource Center «Veteran Space »SIDE BY SIDE«» are starting the formation of the Network of Psychological Assistance and Social Reintegration of Veterans of the Kharkiv Region “United for Restoration”.
The network will unite specialists in supporting war veterans and demobilized persons, social services of territorial communities, municipal institutions and enterprises, public organizations and other institutions engaged in providing psychological assistance and social reintegration services for veterans of the Kharkiv region into community life.
Participants of the United for Recovery Network will be able to take part in trainings and consultation sessions aimed at improving the level of psychological assistance and social reintegration of veterans - events that will cover both general issues of implementation of state policy regarding war veterans by communities and consideration of practical tools for work: from body-oriented therapy to art therapy and the use of innovative computer technologies to overcome PTSD.
