The Territorial Center for Social Services (Provision of Social Services) of the Chuguiv City Council operates a homeless registration point that provides social services to this category of citizens.
At the homeless registration center, homeless people receive humanitarian assistance in the form of warm clothes and shoes. Social workers help restore lost personal documents, register a disability group, pension or state assistance for those who are not entitled to a pension, assist in obtaining medical care, prepare a package of documents for obtaining a hospital care voucher, etc.
At the heating station, homeless people have the opportunity to warm up and drink hot tea with cookies.
