From February 1, servicemen can determine for themselves who and in what installments their financial support will be paid in the event of their capture or disappearance. To do this, you need to draw up a personal order. Lawyers of the BPD system tell you what you need to pay attention to.
If there is no personal order, then half of the funds due to the serviceman will be received by the closest relatives:
- wife/husband,
- parents,
- minor children.
The funds will be divided equally between all of them. The remaining 50% will remain with the serviceman. Previously, the entire amount of cash benefits could be received by one of the serviceman's closest relatives. For example, a wife.
If there are no immediate relatives, then 20% of the cash benefit will be received by second-degree relatives — adult children, brothers/sisters. The remaining 80% of the funds will remain with the serviceman.
What does a personal order give?
If there is a personal order, payments of the monetary support due to the serviceman will be made to those people and in those shares that are specified in this order.
How to fold it
Write in any form. In it, identify the persons (anyone, regardless of relationship) who will receive payments. Indicate the shares for each of them. Sign the document. Submit to the command. The authenticity of the signature must be certified by the commander or a notary. The document will be stored in the CCC and the SP.
If there is neither an order nor relatives
All funds will remain in the serviceman's account, he will be able to use them upon his return, or they can be included in the inheritance.
