- Vocational training, retraining and advanced training to master a sought-after profession or change career direction.
- A training voucher that provides the opportunity to pay for additional education in 156 professions/specialties.
- Career guidance services, including testing, webinars, and consultations for youth and adults.
- Free training for women for employment in fields where they have been traditionally underrepresented.

Providing grants for your own business
PES services that ensure the implementation of this right:
- The "Own Business" program of the Employment Service provides an opportunity to receive grant funds for starting or developing a business. A microgrant can be received by both an existing entrepreneur and a person without experience, depending on the type of entrepreneurial activity.
- Separate conditions have been created for the development of entrepreneurship for our veterans and their family members, residents of front-line territories, representatives of creative industries and preschool education, and other categories of citizens.
