Born on December 3, 2003 in the village of Lukyantsi, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region. Since 2015, he has lived with his mother and sister in the village of Zarozhne, Chuguiv district. After graduating from the 9th grade of the Zarozhne Lyceum, he entered the Vovchansky Medical Professional College, which he graduated with honors on October 17, 2022 and received the specialty of a paramedic.
Serhiy loved sports very much. While playing volleyball professionally, he focused a lot of his efforts primarily on achieving high sporting results and victories at the largest regional and regional sports competitions.
While in Kharkiv at the age of 19, he made a firm decision to defend the Motherland. On March 23, 2023, he joined the defense of Ukraine. He served as a sanitary instructor of the 3rd group of border service inspectors of the 2nd border commandant's office of the 4th border detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, military unit 9951.
For his conscientious performance and great contribution during his service, he was awarded a diploma "For significant personal contribution to ensuring the inviolability of the state border of Ukraine, conscientious performance of official duties, high sense of patriotism, diligence and high professionalism while performing tasks.".

Circumstances of death:
On November 11, 2023, as a combat medic, while in the combined evacuation group "Helpex" near the village of Klishchiivka, Donetsk region, he evacuated the wounded. At that time, he came under fire and died as a result of an explosive injury.
On December 19, 2023, he was buried on the Alley of Glory in the city of Kharkiv.
