On August 13, 2025, the head of the Chuhuiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, together with the head of the Chuhuiv district military administration, Serhiy Lobodenko, held a working meeting with the regional coordinator of the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, Maksym Bondarenko, and the head of the Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts in the Kharkiv region, Oksana Popova, of the State Registration Department of the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice.
The purpose of their visit to our community is to inspect the work of local departments of the State Executive Service and the State Administrative Service of Ukraine in the conditions of a front-line territory.
During the meeting, a number of topical issues regarding the provision of services to the population by institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Justice were discussed.
