"100 Percent Life Network" Kharkiv"« continues online registration for the issuance of charitable aid (food kits) from the UN World Food Program to 23:59 March 19.
We remind you that registration is carried out for persons belonging to vulnerable categories, namely:
- people with disabilities;
- people with single parent status;
- large families;
- low-income families;
- people who have lost their jobs (a household in which at least one household member has lost their job);
- people registered in the territorial center;
- elderly people (60+ years old) who live independently;
- families in difficult life circumstances;
- IDP families.
To receive charitable assistance from the UN World Food Program, you must present a passport, identification code, birth certificate (for children) and documents confirming belonging to a vulnerable population group (according to the category):
- certificate of single parent status / death certificate of the other parent / court decision declaring the other parent missing / court decision declaring the other parent deceased / court decision terminating parental rights (for people with single parent status);
- certificate of social assistance as a low-income family (for low-income families);
- certificate of being registered as unemployed at the employment center / work book with a note on dismissal / tax return with 0 income and other documents confirming the absence of income (for people who have lost their jobs);
- certificate from the territorial social service center on the appointment of social support (for people registered at the territorial center);
- certificate of persons registered in the residential premises/house, certificate (information sheet, act) of the actual residence of the person on their own and other documents confirming the actual residence of the person on their own (for elderly people (60+ years old) who live on their own);
- certificate of status of a large family / birth certificates and/or passports of 3 or more children under 18 years of age (for large families);
- MSEC certificate on establishing a disability group/certificate with a disability mark (for people with disabilities);
- IDP certificate (for IDP families);
- a certificate from the social department of the local government, other documents confirming that the family is in difficult life circumstances (for families in difficult life circumstances).
Difficult life circumstances – circumstances that negatively affect the life, health and development of a person, the functioning of the family, which the person/family cannot overcome on their own.
Factors that can cause difficult life circumstances:
- partial or complete loss of motor activity, memory;
- incurable diseases, diseases that require long-term treatment;
- mental and behavioral disorders, including those resulting from the use of psychoactive substances;
- homelessness;
- low income of a person;
- behavioral disorders in children due to parental divorce;
- evasion by parents or persons replacing them from fulfilling their responsibilities for raising a child;
- loss of social connections, including during imprisonment;
- child abuse;
- gender-based violence;
- domestic violence;
- falling into a situation of human trafficking;
- damage caused by fire, natural disaster, catastrophe, hostilities, terrorist act, armed conflict, temporary occupation.
