In the morning, the heads of the city hall, led by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Galina Minaeva, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies and military units, gathered near the memorial sign in honor of the fallen heroes. After a small but very moving solemn part and a minute of silence, those present laid flowers at the memorial sign.
