I heartily congratulate you on Artist's Day - a special holiday for the people of Chugui!
Our community has long been famous for its masters of the brush, talented artists, whose works are filled with deep meaning, love for their native land and faith in humanity. For decades, the traditions of realistic art, initiated by our world-famous compatriot I.Yu. Repin, have continued to develop in Chuguiev.
This year, we celebrate the holiday in the midst of a brutal war. When sirens sound and cities are destroyed, it is art that helps us not to lose our humanity, to preserve our faith and inner strength. Your brushes are also weapons: weapons of light against darkness, beauty against evil, truth against lies.
Despite the war, the creative community of our community continues to implement artistic projects - from children's art competitions, exhibitions of works by our compatriots to the International Repin Plein Air. Thank you for your creativity, for your courage, for the fact that even in the most difficult times you remain creators of light.
I wish you inspiration, health, new ideas, and a speedy victory for our state!
