Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
According to the investigation, on the night of November 7, Russian strike drones attacked the city of Chuguiv. It was previously established that the enemy used 17 Geran-2 UAVs.
An educational institution building, a post office, a service station, cars, and the territory of a utility company were damaged.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and necessary measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
