Announcement of the strategic session on the formation of the task of developing the Comprehensive Plan for Spatial Development of the Territories of the Chuhuiv Territorial Community and the procedure for selecting its participants
The community is undergoing a public discussion procedure to formulate a task for developing a Comprehensive Plan for Spatial Development of the Chuguiv Urban Territorial Community (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Plan). As part of this procedure, a strategic session is planned - a mandatory public public discussion event, the purpose of which is to determine the prospects for community development and formulate a task for developing a Comprehensive Plan.
All interested residents of the Chuguiv urban territorial community, as well as persons conducting or planning to conduct activities on its territory, are invited to participate in the strategic session.
An application for participation in the strategic session to formulate the task for the development of the Comprehensive Plan can be submitted until November 1, 2024 (inclusive) by submitting an application (attached) in person or by mail to 63503, 35a Staronikolska St., Chuguiv, Kharkiv region or by email: [email protected]
The selection of participants will be carried out in accordance with the specified list of key stakeholders in the development of the territorial community, ensuring the principle of proportional representation of local territorial communities, key community communities, representatives of stakeholders, as well as local government bodies according to the following target groups, determined as a result of collecting and processing the received proposals from the public and the list of priorities determined by the Working Group for the development of the Comprehensive Plan for the long-term development of the territorial community.
Due to the need to comply with security measures and in order to preserve the lives and health of the participants of the Strategic Session and residents of the territorial community, participants of the Strategic Session will be selected only provided that they sign an application for participation in the Strategic Session, which will contain consent to the processing of personal data and security precautions.
The event is planned for November 9, 2024. The expected duration of the event is 3.5 hours.
Individuals selected to participate in the Strategic Session must attend the meeting in person.
For security reasons, participants will be informed in person about the time and location of the Strategic Session 1 business day before its date.
The recording of the Strategic Session will be posted on the City Council website the next business day after the event.
