Who is being helped?
Assistance in the form of free transfer of ownership of a portable charging station (PCS) is provided for the needs of a child with a disability of subgroup A, who is under 18 years of age on the date of application and who is in Ukraine.
Who can apply for assistance?
A father/mother, guardian or other legal representative of the child can apply for assistance.
How to get help?
You must apply to the nearest service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The application must contain the following information:
1) about the recipient of the portable charging station:
– last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
– date of birth;
– registration number of the taxpayer's registration card or series (if available) and passport number of a citizen of Ukraine (for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and have officially notified the relevant regulatory authority about this and have a mark in their passport);
– series (if available) and number, date of issue of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, name of the authorized entity that issued the document (code), date of expiry of the document (if available);
– a document certifying the authority of the legal representative;
– place of actual residence (index, name of the region, name of the settlement, street name, house number, building (if available), apartment number (if available);
– the postal branch code of JSC “Ukrposhta” for receiving a portable charging station;
– contact mobile phone number;
2) about children who are under 18 years of age on the day of submitting the application:
– last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
– date of birth;
– series and number of the child’s birth certificate or details of the birth registration document issued by a competent authority of a foreign state and legalized in accordance with the established procedure, unless otherwise provided for by an international treaty of Ukraine, the binding nature of which has been approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (for a child under 14 years of age, and in the absence of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine - for children under 16 years of age), or series (if available) and number of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine or the passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, issued by means of the Unified State Demographic Register;
– if available, a copy of the medical certificate for a child with a disability.
Important! The application states the fact that the child is in Ukraine at the time of application submission.
What documents are presented at the SC?
– identity document (passport);
– a document confirming the authority of the legal representative (in the case of an application by a legal representative).
What is the deadline for submitting an application?
The application deadline is April 1, 2026.
Importantly!
The procurement of CCS is carried out by the Joint Stock Company “Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine“.
The issuance of CCDs will be carried out at branches of JSC “Ukrposhta“.
The application is signed by the recipient of the portable charging station.
An application for a portable charging station is made separately for each child.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection.
