The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its resolution No. 592-r dated June 17, 2026, "Issues of including missing information about the employment of employees in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance" instructed the Pension Fund of Ukraine to continue work on including missing information about the employment of employees in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance.

The bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine continue to accept scanned copies of paper documents on employment for their digitization and formation of electronic work books.
The employer or the employee himself can submit scanned copies of the paper work book through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
