In order to identify problems in the implementation of the right of persons with disabilities to work, gaps in the legislation, as well as issues that need to be resolved, the Secretariat of the Commissioner is conducting a survey by August 17, 2026, to comprehensively study the above issues and take into account the interests of all stakeholders, within the framework of which two separate questionnaires have been developed: one for persons with disabilities, the other for employers who employ persons with disabilities.

The survey results will be used in a generalized form during parliamentary control, as well as to prepare proposals for improving legislation and state policy in the field of ensuring the right of persons with disabilities to work.
