Maintenance work on jointly owned gas pipelines includes:
- Inspection of gas pipelines, checking for access to them, the presence of casings, and the condition of fasteners.
- Checking the tightness of gas pipeline connections using an instrument method or soap emulsion. Elimination of detected gas leaks.
- Testing gas pipelines for tightness.
- Maintenance of locking devices. Their lubrication and grinding.
- Maintenance of gas-using equipment intended for heating public areas.
Painting of jointly owned gas pipelines is provided by the owner or manager of the apartment building and is not included in the list of maintenance works for gas networks in residential buildings.
According to the results of maintenance of jointly owned gas pipelines carried out by the Kharkiv branch of Gazmerezh last year, 5 gas leaks were detected and eliminated for each inspected high-rise building.
In March 2025, network inspection work is planned to be carried out in 41 apartment buildings in the Slobozhanska, Valkivska, Izyumska, Chuhuyivska, Balakliyska, and Chkalovsk communities.
After the network inspection, invoices for the work performed will be available to residents of high-rise buildings in their personal account on the Gazmerezh website.« https://my.grmu.com.ua/login.
