Windy cold weather will be observed. The wind will prevail in the western, northwestern direction, 17-22 m/s. Precipitation in the form of rain with a transition to snow with rain on November 3. Temporary formation of a snow cover of 3-5 cm is expected. There is ice on the roads in places. The temperature will drop from November 3 at night to 2° frost with a further decrease to 5° frost; during the day the temperature will fluctuate from 1° frost to 4° heat.
