Amendments have been made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «Some Issues of Providing Educational Subsidies from the State Budget to Local Budgets» dated January 14, 2015 No. 6, which stipulate that the actual number of teaching staff of secondary education institutions of the territorial community, which have been declared on a layoff, includes only teaching staff who are on the territory of Ukraine.
Amendments have been made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On Approval of the Formula for Distribution of Educational Subsidy Between Local Budgets» dated December 27, 2017 No. 1088, which establishes that educational subsidy in terms of payment for downtime is provided for teaching staff of educational institutions and inclusive resource centers located in the territory of Ukraine.
