
The terms of martial law in Ukraine, as well as the term of general mobilization in our country, have been extended. The Verkhovna Rada adopted the relevant laws No. 12405 and No. 12404. The specified terms are extended from February 8, 2025 for 90 days.
During the period of martial law, conscripted men aged 18 to 60 must:
- be on military registration in the CCC and SP;
- update your accounts;
- always carry a military registration document in electronic or paper form along with an identity document and present documents upon request of an authorized representative of the CCC and SP, a police officer, or a representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine;
- appear at the CCC and the SP upon summons at the place and time specified in the summons or mobilization orders they received;
- Conscripts who were recognized as limitedly fit by May 4, 2024, must complete the VLK within 9 months, i.e. by February 4, 2025.
In cases of violation of the rules of military registration, legislation on defense, mobilization training, and mobilization, violators will face a resolution imposing an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias.
