The public organization "Association of Private Employers" announces a new set of participants for the training course "Business Restructuring During Wartime".

The course is designed for existing entrepreneurs who already have their own business, are overcoming the effects of shelling, and are ready to adapt, change, and grow, despite the war. If you are not just waiting for better times, but are making decisions, looking for opportunities, and leading a team every day, this course is for you.

The course will provide the opportunity to:

– build your own business model that can withstand the crisis;

– master real management tools that work in modern conditions;

– strengthen marketing, sales, and service;

– learn to communicate effectively with clients and the team;

– learn how to prepare grant applications that actually win competitions and receive funding;

– improve universal skills: critical thinking, negotiations, presentations, teamwork;

– meet like-minded people, colleagues who will become your partners or even friends, your reliable support circle.

Start of studies: August 27, 2025.

Duration: 1.5 months (54 hours).

Class schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, afternoon.

Format: classroom (without online broadcasts).

The selection of participants is carried out on a competitive basis.
