March 6 The main registration period for those who intend to take part in the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) begins. And it will last until April 3, 2025 – reported the Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment.
To register for participation in the NMT, the entrant must use the special service create personal cabint on the UCEQA website. This can be done automatically, using the Action application, or by filling out the form in the registration service.
After creating a personal account, perform the following actions in it:
1) enter your registration details (contact information, category "graduate of the current year" or "graduate of previous years", information about the educational institution (for graduates of the current year), if necessary, put a mark about passing the NMT during additional sessions, indicate the need to create special (special) conditions), choose a subject from the proposed lists to choose a settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where the applicant plans to stay during the days of the NMT, as well as the language of the certification work;
2) upload scanned copies and/or photocopies of registration documents (the program will automatically determine their list according to the entered registration data):
- a document containing information about education: certificates from the place of study, which confirms that the person completes their complete general secondary education in 2025 (for this year's graduates), or one of the following documents: document on complete secondary education, a document on the obtained educational and qualification level of a junior specialist, a document on the obtained educational and professional degree of a junior bachelor, a document on the obtained higher education degree, an extract from the Register of documents on education of the EDEBO, which confirms the presence of one of the documents on education specified in this subparagraph (for graduates);
- information about the language of instruction (for applicants who wish to receive certification work assignments in mathematics, and/or history of Ukraine, and/or biology, and/or geography, and/or physics, and/or chemistry in the language of the indigenous people or national minority);
- medical conclusion on the creation of special conditions for passing an external independent assessment according to the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o "Medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing an external independent assessment", approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated August 29, 2016 No. 1027/900 (for people with special educational needs);
3. confirm your desire to participate in the NMT і send entered information and copies of documents for processing at the regional education quality assessment center, by clicking on the corresponding button in the service.
