The updated mechanism for participating in the national program is already operational. Now you can apply for the 40+ Health Screening at a time convenient for you, and you don't have to wait until 30 days from your date of birth have passed.
What has changed?
Birthday exemption. If you are 40 years old or older, you can apply now through the Diya application or apply for the service at the ASNAP.
Term of use of funds. After the support is credited to the special account, the participant has 2 months to pay for the screening service. If the funds are not used during this time, they will automatically return to the state budget.
Important: people who received support funds before May 1, 2026, can use them until June 30 of this year.
Recall that Health Screening 40+ is a national program for Ukrainians aged 40 and over. It provides basic examinations for early detection and timely control of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health problems.
The national program continues to gain momentum. Since its launch, more than 55,000 Ukrainians have been screened, and more than 500,000 people have applied to participate. Screening is now available at 2,050 service locations in medical facilities across the country.
