The amount of unemployment benefits for people, taking into account their insurance years, is formed from two components: their average salary and insurance years. These amounts are calculated as follows:
- up to 3 years – 50 percent;
- from 3 to 6 years old – 55 percent;
- from 6 to 12 years old – 60 percent;
- from 12 to 18 years old – 65 percent;
- from 18 to 24 years old – 70 percent;
- from 24 to 30 years old – 75 percent;
- over 30 years old – 80 percent.
However, the maximum amount of payments during martial law does not exceed UAH 8,000 per month.
