From January 5, 2026, the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the procedure for receiving compensation under the "eRecovery" program for damaged housing in shared ownership came into force.
From now on, an application can be submitted by one of the co-owners - if the others have not filed objections within 15 days, the application is considered submitted by all.
But it is imperative to inform the other co-owners: a notification about receiving a registered letter or informing them in another way is attached to the application.
Previously, the consent of all other co-owners was required (in the Diya application or a notarized signature), which led to delays in consideration or complete blocking of compensation.
Recall that the government recently also updated the prices in the eRecovery program to match market prices.
Those who suffered from shelling for the second time can submit a new application for compensation to "Diya".
