The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development and the national project Action.Business presented a digital maturity framework for small and medium-sized businesses. The initiative aims to support entrepreneurs in implementing modern digital solutions and increasing operational efficiency.
The framework combines free online tools that allow businesses to assess their level of digitalization, obtain analytical conclusions, and create a personalized development plan. The tools are developed based on international practices and adapted to the needs of the Ukrainian market.
They cover key areas of enterprise operations, including strategy, business processes, customer experience, data analytics, cybersecurity, and innovation, contributing to a comprehensive approach to digital transformation.
To date, over 2,000 companies have been assessed. The average digital maturity score is 2.52 out of 5, indicating that most companies use digital tools, but without a systematic approach to their implementation.
A separate element of the ecosystem is the Virtual Pop-Up Zone on the platform Action.Business, which allows entrepreneurs to create business profiles, present products and services, and find new partners and sales markets. Over 400 entrepreneurs from different regions of Ukraine have already joined the platform.
