Residents of the Chuhuiv community can receive a voucher for UAH 1,800 for medicines and medical products

The Chuhuyiv community continues to implement a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable categories of the population. The initiative is being implemented on the basis of the Chuhuyiv City Center for Primary Health Care with the support of humanitarian partners.

As part of the project, community residents who belong to certain categories can receive a voucher for an amount of up to 1800 hryvnias for the purchase of necessary medicines and medical devices (as prescribed by a family doctor after consultation). The list does not include drugs provided under the state program "Affordable Medicines". One voucher is provided to one person.

The following can use help:

  • internally displaced persons (IDPs);
  • children under 12 years old;
  • pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers;
  • people over 60 years of age;
  • persons with disabilities.

To receive a voucher, you must contact your family doctor at the Chuguev City Center for Primary Health Care.

The project is implemented by Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) with financial support from the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine.

If you or your family members fall into one of the specified categories, do not delay contacting your family doctor and take the opportunity to get the necessary support.
