The government has approved changes to support parents and guardians. Now receiving child benefits will be easier, faster, and fully digital.
What exactly has changed?
Since January 1, 2026, parents have been applying for childcare benefits only through the offline branch of the Pension Fund. Now this can be done at the nearest ASCs or through authorized persons in your community.
- We have digitized the process of receiving funds as much as possible:
- Assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth: You can already receive money into your current account. Action.Cards. The amount of payment is UAH 7,000 per month for the period of validity of the medical certificate of temporary incapacity for work. Read the opening instructions here. Everything is simple - without special modes or restrictions.
- Payments up to 1 year and are Nursery: These payments can also be made to a special Diya.Kartki account.
Payment up to 1 year - 7 thousand UAH per month, and for families raising a child with a disability - 10,500 UAH, and for a nursery - 8 thousand UAH per month in the event that the mother or other legal representative leaves for full-time work after the child reaches one year of age. For families raising a child with a disability, the benefit will be 12 thousand UAH.

Importantly: If PFU opened an account for you through Sberbank, you only need to visit the bank once to sign the agreement.

- Medical services and doctors (extensive list)
- Childcare services (kindergartens)
- Care and personal care products
- Optics, optical goods and glasses
- Optometrists, ophthalmologists
- Aquariums, dolphinariums, zoos and marine parks
- Massage room
- Sale of dairy products
- Discount stores
- Ambulance service
Use eJasla payment to pay:
- Childcare services (babysitting, daycare, developmental and educational programs)
- Schools and educational services
- Care and personal care products
Also, for convenience, the deadlines for submitting an application for child care benefits up to one year old have been extended: from now on, you can do this until the last day of the third month after the child turns one year old.
