Born on 09.07.1983 in the village of Yavirske, Balakliya district. During 1989-1999 he studied at the Zhovtnevskaya comprehensive school of I-III grades (Pryshybskaya village council) of Balakliya district, Kharkiv region. In 2000 he graduated from the Pryshybskaya comprehensive school of I-III grades of Balakliya district, Kharkiv region.
In 2010, he graduated from the Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture and received a higher education in the specialty "Automated Control of Technological Processes" and obtained the qualification of an engineer in automation and computer-integrated technologies.
He has lived in the city of Chuguiv since 2010. He was engaged in business activities at Diesel Prom Service in Chuguiv, held a management position and personally repaired diesel fuel equipment. In his free time, he played football, wrestling, and boxing. He also had a hobby - hunting. He was a skilled hunter.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Viktor, having evacuated his family, began evacuating Chuguiv children, women, and elderly people who were unable to leave the city on their own, to the Kharkiv railway station in his own car.
On March 16, 2022, at his own request, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to defend his Motherland. He was one of the first to take up arms as part of the 227th separate battalion of the 127th separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kharkiv. He held the position of driver-electrician. Since April 2023, he has been performing the duties of a platoon commander. He took a direct part in the hostilities near the settlements of Velyki Prokhody, Starytsia, Kharkiv region, the city of Chasiv Yar, the city of Bakhmut, the settlement of Rivnopil, Donetsk region.

Circumstances of death:
On September 28, 2023, the unit where he served was tasked with occupying and equipping new positions near the village of Rivnopil, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. During the task, an AGS shell landed, as a result of which Viktor received a wound incompatible with life.
On October 4, 2023, he was buried in the village of Yavirske, Balakliya urban community, Izyum district.
Awarded the commemorative medal "For the Defense of the Hero City of Kharkiv.".
