It is also possible to download the current bill for gas distribution, with correct details and payment amount, in your personal account on the Gazmerezh website.
If the homeowner mistakenly indicated the details of another company when making a payment, you must write an application for a refund of the erroneously paid funds, attach a copy of the payment, passport details, and TIN of the payer of the funds, and send the package of documents to the address of the company that received the erroneous payment.
In the event of no gas consumption during the gas year, the consumer is charged a minimum distribution fee, which depends on the gas equipment installed in the house. To confirm the fact of no gas consumption, the consumer shall submit unchanged meter readings to the Kharkiv branch of Gazmerezh every month, from the 1st to the 5th.«
