In this difficult time, both for the country and for the residents of the city of Chuguev, the Chuguevteplo Communal Enterprise, despite its difficult financial situation and the power outage in the summer of 2025, has timely and satisfactorily prepared for the 2025-2026 heating season.
The company's debt for used energy sources (gas, electricity, water) is 162,729.5 thousand UAH.
In addition, due to debts for natural gas distribution, the accounts of the municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" have been arrested, which complicates stable work during the heating season.
To date, the company applies tariffs approved back in 2018, but despite this, most debtors do not pay for heat supply services.
Debt of the population for consumed services for the supply of thermal energy as of December 18, 2025 - UAH 49,063.3 thousand.
Due to non-payers, the heating season in the city is currently under threat.
We would like to remind you of the need to pay for heat consumed on time. Due to significant debts, the company is currently unable to fully pay for natural gas, water, and other energy sources, as well as pay salaries to employees on time.
We thank all residents who pay for heating services responsibly and on time. It is your support that allows us to provide heat to residential buildings, educational, medical, and social institutions.
We appeal to consumers who have debts: we ask you to urgently make a payment or contact the company to conclude a debt restructuring agreement. Every hryvnia paid is a contribution to the stable heat supply of our community.
