The communal enterprise "Chuguyiv Communal Complex" addresses the residents of the Chuguyiv community with an extremely important and serious message that concerns everyone - without exception.
Since February 24, 2022, when the full-scale invasion began, our company has not stopped for a single day. In the most dangerous moments, during massive shelling, in the absence of electricity, communications, sometimes even without the ability to ensure their own safety, our employees went to the lines so that the community would not drown in domestic chaos. However, this is a constant, continuous process that requires coordinated work of equipment, workers, logistics, fuel, spare parts, and maintenance.
However, now we are forced to address the community with an open warning.
Despite all our efforts, the situation with payment for services provided has reached a critical level. Non-payment by the population directly threatens the ability of the enterprise to function. Each unpaid receipt is missing fuel for the garbage truck, it is equipment that will not be able to go on the route.
We remind you that in accordance with the concluded contracts and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, each consumer is obliged to pay the cost of the provided utility services, including household waste management services, every month.
Garbage doesn't wait. Nature doesn't stop the leaves from falling, trees don't stop breaking in the wind, roads don't repair themselves. We work for all residents – both those who pay regularly and those who have been avoiding payment for years, hoping that "it will somehow get by.".
We emphasize: the service is provided to everyone – and therefore everyone must pay for it.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the accumulation of debts directly leads to the formation of natural garbage dumps. Unfortunately, dozens of residents who do not pay for services make the entire population suffer. Due to the irresponsibility of some, others suffer. A clean and safe environment becomes a hostage to indifference.
If the payment level is not increased to an economically reasonable level, we will file applications with the court to collect debts. Garbage collection is not a luxury. It is basic sanitary safety, the basis of public health and the guarantee of elementary order in the community. We remind you: all services provided have a real cost - equipment consumes fuel, requires technical inspection and repair, employees have the right to remuneration. Utility services are not free and are not financed "out of thin air". Therefore, we strongly appeal to every resident of the community:
Pay off your debts. Pay your bills on time. Don't jeopardize the system that keeps our community alive every day.
