Based on clause 11, clause 98 of the «Procedure for the formation of tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, thermal energy supply services and hot water supply…» approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 869 dated 01.06.2011 (as amended), in connection with the change in the tariff for the service of natural gas transportation, prices for electricity, prices for water and sewage, the municipal enterprise «Chuguyivteplo» adjusted the current tariffs for thermal energy for budgetary institutions and organizations and for other (self-financing) consumers. The tariffs were adjusted according to the cost items of thermal energy «Fuel costs», «Electricity costs», «Water costs for technological needs and sewage».
The need to adjust tariffs arose due to the following factors:
- Change in the tariff for gas transportation services from January 1, 2025.
An analysis of the change in the tariff for gas transportation services is presented in Table 1:

The actual tariff for gas transportation service exceeds that included in the thermal energy tariff for budget and self-financing consumers at 304%.
- Change in the price of electricity in December 2024. An analysis of the change in the price of electricity is given in Table 2:

The actual price of active electricity exceeds the price included in the tariff for thermal energy for budget and self-financing consumers by 39%, the actual price of reactive electricity exceeds the price included in the tariffs by 29%.
3. Change in water prices. An analysis of the change in water prices is presented in Table 3:

The actual price of water exceeds the price included in the thermal energy tariff for budget and self-financing consumers at 80%.
4. Change in the price of wastewater services. An analysis of the change in the price of wastewater services is presented in Table 4:

The actual price for wastewater disposal exceeds the price included in the thermal energy tariff for budget and self-financing consumers by 18%.
Thus, for reasons that do not depend The company had to adjust its thermal energy tariffs.
According to the results of the adjustment calculations, the thermal energy tariffs for budget and self-financing consumers have been changed in the following amounts (Table 5):

After the adjustment, tariffs for thermal energy from central heating stations increase for budget institutions and organizations and for self-paying consumers by 5.4%. .
Tariffs for thermal energy without central heating are increasing for budget institutions and organizations and for self-financing consumers by 5.1%. .

The specific weight of gas costs (including the cost of gas transportation and distribution) in the tariff is 46.2%, the specific weight of electricity costs is 5.6%, and the specific weight of other material costs (including the cost of water and sewage) is 14.8%.
Adjusting tariffs for budget and self-financing consumers will allow the enterprise to avoid increasing debts for energy resources consumed for the production, transportation and supply of thermal energy.
The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" accepts comments and suggestions regarding the intention of the municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" to change tariffs until January 27, 2025 inclusive at the address:
