Who needs to apply for a subsidy from October 1:
- For those who are applying for a subsidy for the first time.
- If the subsidy was not assigned for the non-heating period due to lack of income or debts, but the situation has changed for the better.
- Citizens who received benefits for paying for housing and communal services instead of subsidies during the summer.
- If the composition of registered persons or their social status has changed during the non-heating period.
If the application is submitted from October 1 to November 30, the subsidy will be accrued from the beginning of the heating season, that is, from October.
Citizens who already received a subsidy in the non-heating period of 2024 will be assigned to the heating season of 2024-2025 automatically, even if their subsidy was 0 UAH.
To calculate the subsidy for the 2024-2025 heating season, household income for the first and second quarters of 2024 is taken into account. For pensioners, the amount of the pension for August 2024 is taken into account.
