Kochetok Production Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Sewerage announces its intention to change tariffs and informs consumers of the estimated tariffs for centralized water disposal services for all consumer groups.
Kochetotsky UCPWG calculated tariffs for centralized water supply services. The calculation of tariffs was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 05.06.2018 No. 130 «On approval of the Procedure for informing consumers about the intention to change prices/tariffs for utility services with justification of such a need», «Procedure for forming tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized water supply» approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.06.2011 No. 869» with amendments.
Regarding the need to change economically justified tariffs for the Kochetotsky Production Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Sewerage
Kochetotsk Production Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Sewerage was established in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine «On Local Self-Government in Ukraine», «On Property» and other legislative acts of Ukraine. The municipal enterprise was created by the decision of the territorial community of the Kochetotsk settlement council of the Chuguyiv city council of the Kharkiv region. The centralized water drainage service is provided by the population, enterprises and organizations of the settlement with any form of ownership.
Currently, the tariffs in force are those approved by decision of the Kochetok settlement council of Chuhuyiv district of Kharkiv region No. 10 dated January 31, 2018 and put into effect in February 2018.
Guided by the Laws of Ukraine «On Housing and Communal Services», «On Prices and Pricing», «On State Regulation in the Sphere of Municipal Services», and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.06.2011 No. 869 «On Ensuring a Unified Approach to the Formation of Tariffs for Housing and Communal Services», the Kochetotsk UCPCG appealed to the Chuguiv City Military Administration with a request to accept an application and a set of documents for consideration and establishment of tariffs for all groups of consumers.
Since the last approval of the current tariff, the following cost structure indicators have changed:

The draft tariffs for centralized wastewater services for all consumer groups of the Kochetotsky VKVCG are:
- Centralized wastewater disposal (population) – 29.68 UAH per 1m3 (including VAT);
- Centralized wastewater disposal (budgetary institutions) – 105.86 UAH per 1m3 (including VAT)
- Centralized wastewater (other consumers) – 199.34 UAH per 1m3 (including VAT)
Due to the need to ensure stable and high-quality provision of centralized water disposal services, there was a need to revise the current tariffs to an economically justified level by completely recalculating the tariffs. Due to the increase in electricity prices, the cost of other material resources, and the increase in the minimum subsistence minimum, the current tariffs do not reimburse the costs of providing services. The need to adopt a tariff for services for the Kochetotskyi VKVCG will provide an opportunity to reduce accounts payable and increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
