The full-scale war has displaced millions of citizens outside Ukraine. More than 901,000 of them are women and children, who may be vulnerable to the risks of human trafficking.
Any person, regardless of age, gender, education, or social status, can find themselves in a dangerous situation.
To receive support, the government hotline 1547 is open 24/7 and free of charge, providing advice on:
• combating human trafficking;
• preventing and combating domestic violence;
• gender-based violence;
• violence against children.
Useful advice from the OSCE and Thomson Reuters on how to act in difficult circumstances is available at by reference.
