The head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, as part of a delegation from the Kharkiv region, participated in the All-Ukrainian Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.
The final session was chaired by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. The Congress became an important platform for discussing the challenges facing communities.
The Presidium of the Congress includes the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, the Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, and the Deputy Head of the Office Viktor Mykyta.
The meeting discussed financial stability, recovery, defense, medicine, education, the heating season, social support, and business support.
At the Congress, Kharkiv Oblast was represented by 13 delegates offline, and all communities of the region participated online. This year, a number of local congresses were also held, at which current tasks and opportunities for the development of the Kharkiv Oblast were discussed in detail.
