On October 9, 2024, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, visited Velika Babka and Zarozhne on a working trip. Work is currently underway in these settlements to improve conditions for high-quality medical care and improve the water supply system.

The leadership of the Chuhuiv community is solving both problems systematically: in Velyka Babka, the reconstruction of the paramedic and obstetrician station, which is being carried out with the funds of the local budget, has reached the finish line. During a working trip to the village of Velyka Babka, Halyna Minaeva talked with the builders, inspected the building and premises of the FAP and noted that she was satisfied with what she saw: finally, the residents of Velyka Babka will receive decent conditions for primary medical care.
But as often happens in life, you don't have time to solve one problem before another one appears. This is about the condition of the FAP building in the village of Zarozhne. Constant ground shaking from explosions is gradually destroying the already not very strong building from the Soviet era. So the head of the MVA instructed specialized specialists to develop measures to strengthen the FAP building.

The situation is somewhat similar with providing Velyka Babka and Zarozhne with high-quality drinking water: a lot has been done, but even more needs to be done, emphasizes Galyna Minaeva and says:
– In both settlements, with the help of our partners from the charitable organization WeWorld and UNICEF, we installed Rozhnovsky towers, which allow us to increase the volume of water reserves, and therefore improve its pressure in the network. And now we set ourselves another task - the construction of a new water intake in Zarozhne, which will allow us to improve the quality of water and at the same time make the water supply system more economical. To resolve this issue, we plan to once again involve specialists from our international partner institutions.
So, in the Chuhuiv community, despite the war, work continues to resolve urgent issues in rural settlements.
